Super nice people here. We ordered online, and they were out of the 20oz My Dew when we got there, and they gave us large fountain Mt Dew in it's place at no charge. They were also very nice and cheerful. Great experience.

So glad Subway in Newark is under new ownership! Stopped in and there was no shortage of anything for a pleasant change. They’re back to being my favorite sub shop!

We placed a mobile order for 2 subs and the workers put the entirely wrong order in our bag, when we called to get a refund or replacement they said to just bring the receipt the next day and we could get a replacement. Next day comes around and they won’t do a refund or replacement because I threw away the subs I wasn’t going to eat.
