Within 5 minutes of ordering I noticed my order had been cancelled. Walked in to double check because it still showed online that my order was being made and patiently waited as 2 other people were ahead of me. I over hear the one worker telling another customer that their not sure why their online order was canceled and subway must be the one cancelling it within a certain amount of time if they don’t except the order. I still waited to double check that mine was canceled to where they told me the same story. I had to drive all the way back home because I didn’t have my wallet and decided to go to a different subway location to get my food. the workers there told me they had never heard of such a thing and showed me how online orders come up on the screen. Definitely not the first time I’ve had problems with Hanover subway in the last 6 months but not sure who’s great idea it was to have 2 teenagers work alone because It really seems as if they did it on purpose
