  This review has NOTHING to do with the service I received at the store. But I sent a few personal items to a friend in Canada. I sent it Regular Ground and it was $52. Then, it gets to Canada and they want to assess me another $30 to make the delivery. That is insane. I should have been warned about this ahead of time. I could have used that money to repurchase the items I sent 5 times over. NOT Satisfied in this process.

  Parking close to the entry door. Excellent customer service. I'd like to be able to choose that for all My Amazon returns. Fast, friendly service. Typically no waiting or out within 5 minutes or less.

  Store is always clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I'm always asked if I can be helped. The employees are there to help with no hassle. There is never a long wait time. Store is located in a convenient place, lots of parking.
