My little brother recently ordered food for everyone at the house on the app, the workers called an hour later saying they don’t have anything that we ordered (mind you these are regular menu options)
And they said they were about to close almost over a full hour before closing time on Google Maps. After the call we never received our food and this location took over 100$ off my little brother. Upon calling them back we’d get different excuses like “they still need time to refund” it has now been a week and they still have yet to refund it and they aknowledged the fact they received the money, DO NOT ORDER HERE. They will take your money there’s other reviews of similar situations.
I’ve order a couple sandwiches over the phone and when I went to go pick it up they told me they didn’t have the food, after taking my money. They took the money for six sandwiches and didn’t notify me about any refunds.

I had the same issue as this reviewer (see photo). I ordered food -- was charged for the food -- DIDN'T recieve the food (they said they didn't have the supplies to make the subs I ordered and they were closing early) -- now I'm getting the run around trying to get a refund.
This location does a phenomenal job!
Toasted subs were hot and delicious!
Friendly employees and quick service.

They will take your money and not give you the food!
Ordered some subs online for $56.24 at 9pm on 15May2026. Was called back by an employee 15 minutes later to inform me that they did not have the ingredients to make the sandwiches and that they were going to be closing. The money was taken out of my account with no refund and no food. Called again 17May2026 and was told to call back again tomorrow.
Update 21 May 2026: made multiple calls, visits, and still haven't received a refund yet. It's almost been a week since my original order.
