  Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She stayed after to help my husband and me get his phone set up, and she never made us feel rushed. She was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable, making what could have been a frustrating process so easy and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing such outstanding customer service. Jennifer deserves all the recognition for the exceptional experience she gave us.   We wanted to activate a new phone, And got there at 6:30, Saturday night, And they were all closed up… On their sign, it said they are open till 7:00, From there had to drive to Canton and go to the one up there

  My phone quit working, saying the UI wasn't working. It was down completely. I stopped at the Cricket store in New Philadelphia, OH. The store manager, Jennifer, was amazing!!!!! She explained what had happened, got my phone up and running! Helped me reinstall important apps and deleted some apps that were causing issues. Jennifer was a tremendous help! Very knowledgeable, friendly, full of positive energy!! Thanks again for Jennifer!!!!

  I was having some real issues with my new phone. My Fitbit wasn't syncing with my phone. Jennifer was in the New Phila store. I can't say enough about the time she took and the research she did to figure out the problem. It's fixed and syncing now!!! She is priceless! Judy
