  I was wondering why mobile orders and doordash orders are never started until the person arrives. It wastes times and I shouldn’t have to wait 5-10 minutes for a sandwich that should have been ready. after asking the staff on why they wait to make the orders, especially when it’s such a large order and I had to wait 15 minutes in that store for a five dollar order it’s not fair. They said that some DoorDash like to show up 2 to 3 hours late when picking up an orderfirst of all the order would’ve been canceled by then that doesn’t even make sense. Second of all you are treating these people like they are in elementary school by punishing everyone for one person’s mistake it’s not fair and it is not acceptable. I think you really need to change that

  The sandwich artist at this Subway was out of sight. She anticipated our needs and asked great questions. Younger workers could learn a lot from this lady. Sorry I did not get a name. Food good too
