  It was late at the Subway in New Lexington. She stopped what she was doing (covering the food and getting ready to close) and she took her time, and pleasantly filled my order.

  I made a curbside order and it was supposed to be out at 12:10. It was very busy inside so I decided to go in at 12:20 and just get it to save them time and so my sun didn’t get too cold. After standing in line for 7 minutes, I told them I had a curbside and they got it from the register area and the girl was very snotty at handoff. To top it off, I got it home and it was freezing cold, although I clicked “toasted” when I ordered it. Very annoying! No way I’m going back there to have it toasted after the way I was just treated by the staff member…

  It's subway.. sometimes the veggies look like they have sat a little but other then that every now n then it's alright!

  I haven't stopped here for years. We didn't have many choices, so my wife and I decided to stop just to grab something to eat on our way home. Upon entering, we went to the counter and were met by two unfriendly faces. Their whole attitude was as if we upset them because we stopped by. The whole definition of bad customer service was on display. These two girls have a bad attitude. Not stopping by here again!
