  If I could give them a 0 star I would. They absolutely drowned my protein bowl in sauce when I’m trying to eat healthy and then refused to remake it. Absolutely ridiculous no one is eating that

  Had an online order, their computers went down and they didn't receive it, money came out of my account, and I was going to tell her the order so they could make it and as soon as I walked in and said I had an online order she had an attitude with me and was pointing her fingers at me and raising her voice. I told her to cancel the order and I will not be ordring there again. I thought I'd give them another shot after last time the had attitude and made the messiest sandwiches and only put 2 slices of meat on it. Going to Crooksville Subway from now on, they always get everything right and never have attitudes.

  It was late at the Subway in New Lexington. She stopped what she was doing (covering the food and getting ready to close) and she took her time, and pleasantly filled my order.

  I made a curbside order and it was supposed to be out at 12:10. It was very busy inside so I decided to go in at 12:20 and just get it to save them time and so my sun didn’t get too cold. After standing in line for 7 minutes, I told them I had a curbside and they got it from the register area and the girl was very snotty at handoff. To top it off, I got it home and it was freezing cold, although I clicked “toasted” when I ordered it. Very annoying! No way I’m going back there to have it toasted after the way I was just treated by the staff member…
