  Went in not too long ago looking for a battery for my car and tbh I didn't know exactly what kind I needed so I went up to one of the counters and asked the lady, Jordan, if she would be able to help me out and what would be the best option for me, she did a great job helping me out and getting me the best thing for my car, I know its a small thing but for someone having a pretty crap day, having someone be genuinely helpful and not treat me like I'm dumb is nice. So 10/10. She was amazing and honestly it made me feel better about everything.

  I brought Our jeep to this location today due to our cars oil pressure light coming on on my way to New Lexington and I just wanna say They went above and beyond to help me. Our car ended up needing towed but I had to leave immediately to go grab necessities for Our Children in enough time to catch a ride home with transit so I wasn't stranded miles from home so They offered to keep my keys and make sure the tow truck driver got them when He arrived which helped make this horribly stressful situation easier. There was probably 6 workers in the store this evening and each and every one of them was kind and helpful. Good people and good service Advanced Auto. 😊
