    This place can't even get an online order correct! Ordered two normal Philly's and one Chipotle Philly. Then just ended up with three normal Philly sandwichs, smothered in mayo. I am very unhappy and will not be going back.

    Ordered food online. Money was deducted from my account. Arrived at Subway at 8:50. Doors were locked. Called to find out watch was going on to only receive a voicemail that said there was no incoming responses that could be taken. I am not happy about this experience at all. I have 2 starving children who are currently crying because they want their dinner. I want to make sure my money is reimbursed because we did not receive the food we ordered and paid for because the doors were locked before closing time. This is pretty pathetic. Won’t be returning to the Subway in New Carlisle again.

    Terrible subway prolly the worse I’ve been to an it didn’t used to be like that new ownership is baddddddd grew up here an always went to this one they always have one slow guy in there an that’s it if there’s 2 people in line forget about it waiting 45 min

    Been here in new Carlisle for a year now. I Wasn’t going go to do this, until the Indian guy wanted to argue with me in front of my son that he did not receive my online order and was rude that I wouldn’t get a refund back if the pending charge goes through as “completed.” My card was charged, and the order was being prepared in my app and all of a sudden disappeared as if it wasn’t ordered. Now it’s not even in my history. To me, that seems like a total scam taking my money and not doing my order. That was my son’s order for dinner after wrestling practice. I’ve been pleased the few times I’ve been here out of the year, up until this point. You were good until you want to argue I wouldn’t get my money back after being charged twice if my first charge completely goes through that was taken and isn’t pending. You are required to give me a refund if my first charge isn’t pending anymore and goes through as a completed transaction, and I had my son order for the second time in person instead of the app. That’s not how any of that works. That’s stealing to me. Also, next time, please change gloves after taking peoples dirty money and making peoples sandwiches with the same glove you handled money and a register with. We won’t be back.
