VERY DISAPPOINTING — THIS LOCATION IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE I used to come to this UPS Store all the time, and Rick was actually one of the people who regularly helped me with printing. Unfortunately, my last few visits have left a very different impression. The service has become extremely slow, the employees seem unhappy to be there, and the overall atmosphere feels unwelcoming. Today, I became frustrated trying to print something I’ve printed there many times before, and instead of receiving a little patience or understanding, an employee made an unnecessary comment that made the experience even worse. It’s disappointing because this location is very convenient for me and I used to enjoy coming here. I hope the owners or management pay attention to what is happening with the staff because something has clearly changed. Good customer service and basic courtesy should still matter. What a shame.

This is by far the best UPS store I’ve been to. Kristen was so friendly and helpful. She helped me get my shipment packaged and shipped quickly! Shiela was also very kind and helpful! Highly recommend this UPS location! 5 stars all the way!
