  The store was very clean, organized and easy to get done what I needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The renovations really made it easy to get done what I needed. I'd been in there other times picking up packages that were shipped there versus home and everytime it was quick and easy to pick them up. Having a separate counter for pick ups was a great add to the store!

  This UPS store has always been speedy, knowledgeable, and efficient. I don’t really have other stores to compare it to as I don’t go anywhere else. However, I am always impressed with how easy it is to drop things off and head out quickly. They are under remodel construction right now, and it has not slowed them down one bit. Also, on occasion you are met at the door by a furry four legged employee. Who doesn’t love a friendly pooch?

  By far the best UPS store in or outside of Columbus. I specifically only go to this one, even when it’s out of the way and I’m in UPS stores a handful times a month if not more. Been going here for about 6 years and have never had an issue

  Always in and out very quick. Great service. Wish the post office was like this!
