  They never get the online app orders right. The veggies and sauces are customizable for a reason. They just make whatever they feel like. Never ordering here again

  Terrible service! Awful attitude Walked in, only person there....female behind counter " Give me 5 minutes ,Im working on an online order" Ok.....waited.....Can I get a steak and... Oh you have a coupon....no! We cant give steak w a coupon Can I get a chicken......NO we don't give chicken w a coupon Ok....what can I get? We have a list.... Ok....what's on the list? I settled on Ham She then proceeds to skimp on toppings..... Ive used this coupon at other Su bways...never a problem

  I have never in my ENTIRE LIFE been so insulted and humiliated for attempting to get my sandwich made the way that I want. Especially, when I am paying for it. I was literally verbally attacked by the female worker with angry words, yelling, violently throwing the vegetables on my sandwich, and telling me to “READ” the sign when I asked for a visual of the cheese because I could not remember the name of it and, they have it hidden from the customer’s view at this particular location! I have never felt so belittled in my life. It makes sense that when I pulled up to their establishment, it was completely empty to the point that I thought the place was closed. If you are non-confrontational, value yourself, and have any dignity, steer clear of this location that has ZERO RESPECT OR APPRECIATION for its consumers. Thank you.

  If you don't allow discounts through the app and my food is never ready by the time I get there then what's the point of me ordering online? Like I should never have to order online 10 minutes ahead of time and then somebody walks in there after me and orders their food in person and gets their food paid for and walks out while I'm still waiting on my food? I would have literally gotten my food quicker if I had just ordered in person, and I don't think that's what the app was invented for...
