  Always give the wrong parts, all the information is right there on the computer, but yet will give you the wrong part everytime. Then when you take it back and waste gas you get attitude because they dont want to admit they made a mistake. Get employees that understand how to do that job.

  I've been dealing with this store, and it's crew for a few years living, and working in the area- they've always been good! They usually have a good team of people working who are knowledgeable with vehicles, and parts respectively. They're a little understaffed on occasion, increasing your 'in and out time' but even then, whoever is working does a good job at getting everyone taken care of! I personally have had no hangups in regards to parts availability or order time. Overall, it's a good store run by a good bunch of people! Only complaint for corporate: Repave your parking lot, and fix the HVAC.

  I’ve been here twice now and both times, the service was amazing. The first time, I had coolant issue and they found the type, resolved the issue instantly. Now, today, we went in with what we thought was a battery issue, they checked the battery, the accelerator, and determined it was a starter issue. There’s no pressure to buy and the staff knows what they’re talking about.
