  Went thru the drive thru at Subway on Scott Street in Napoleon. Order a footlong BMT....no cheese, no tomatoes, light on the lettuce. I was not asked if i wanted it toasted, I was not asked if i wanted anything else on the sandwich. I got to work to find it covered in tomatoes, regular amount of lettuce on it and slathered in mayo. When a person requests to not have an item on their sandwich....there is probably a reason for that request....and once the said item touches the sandwich the person can no longer eat that sandwich. $12.00 thrown in the trash. Please have a talk about this with your servers. such a disappointed and money wasted. I am 72 years old. I dont have money to waste

  I ordered door dash and my order was completely wrong. Mayo on a sub when I ordered honey mustard, pickles on an Italian BMT!? Cucumbers on both subs when I specifically took them off when ordering, and I also was given two drinks, chips and cookies, when I didn't order any of that. It was just a bizarre interpretation of my order. I normally wouldn't complain, but this isn't the first time this has happened with our specific subway.
