  I went through the drive through and I asked for my sub to be EXTRA toasted and they did not even toast my sub. I called to tell them and the worker was rude on the phone a hung up on me.

  I would fire the assistant manager there immediately terrible. Terrible customer service he told me I could go to add different Subway if I’d like. he’s Hurting your store

  My husband and I's favorite Subway in Napoleon! We always get great tasting subs. They are never skimpy on ingredients. Customer service is top knotch and store is always clean.

  Only 2 people working. They were doing a great job! Never rude or flustered even though it was obvious they were bombarded! Walk in orders, drive thru and online orders. Our order was perfectly made with a smile! Great job you two!
