  How do you expect to have your employees work in an environment where there is no AC? Also consider temp abuse of your food . Your food is not temping under 41 in breeding grounds for pest and mold buildup in conditions like that . Do better owners

  I ordered a sandwich online but they were out of a particular type of bread. Crystal CALLED ME to give me a heads up and ask if I’d like to switch to another type of bread and was very helpful! I’ve never had a fast food place call me to try to get an order right. This was fantastic service. Even better was that James was super nice and helpful upon arrival for pickup. Both of them are very nice and they make sure to get your order correct. The last time I had stopped in here it was different staff that didn’t have anywhere near the passion for their job like these two do. My only constructive feedback is that there isn’t currently a way to leave surveys/reviews like this one, and Subway.com doesn’t recognize this location yet for whatever reason. But I think they said they’re already proactively working on that—which doesn’t surprise me coming from these two. Anyway wonderful job and tasty food. God Bless

  There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the food or service. But there is something wrong with how management is scheduling. I was in on a Saturday at lunch time during the rush and there was one 15 or 16 year old girl working by herself with absolutely no help. She ended up breaking down and having to step to the back to cry. She was doing all she could to serve all the people that were in line and came back out still in tears trying to do her job. This is ridiculous! There should be a manager here with employees or at least another employee to work and help one another.
