  Very good service. The young ladies working were very quick and nice. Much better than other Subways.

  I went here and got a footlong steak egg and cheese on flatbread. They only had 2 eggs so they were only able to put eggs on half of the sandwich… I said that is fine just put steak on the other half then… I should have been charged 9 dollars and some change, probably less considering I didn’t even get all of the product I was supposed to on the sub… they tried charging me $15! They tried to ring it up as a “12” cheesy garlic flatbread” with another line with an additional charge for the egg! I told them that couldn’t be right and asked them to change it… they took off the egg and it brought it down to $12.69. I told them I’m seriously paying $3 extra for a flatbread?! They said yes, that is the price and they charge extra for flatbread. Mind you, there is NO signage anywhere that flatbreads are extra. I called my local Swanton Subway and asked them if they charge extra for flatbread vs regular bread. They said that they DO NOT charge extra. So essentially this is a big scam at Montpelier Subway to rip off the customer… I will not be back.

  Me, my brother and my wife went to store at 9:35pm and this place closes at 10:00pm. “TAY” started our order and she was also training someone on our order, she started to make sub rudely and loudly but we choose to ignore. But when it we asked her with sauce she said rudely and loudly “please tell me all the sauce together so I don’t have to go back and forth” . I told her as nicely as possible why is she being so rude and upset about it. She said we have kept everything away as if she doesn’t care. We left with our half made subway and she let us leave saying yeah, go out from my shop. Doesn’t seem like she was owner, so please somebody teach her some manners and put some sense into her. She swears and she is not at all customer friendly
