I went in at 12 PM on March 25, 2025, and the employee helping me was extremely rude and didn’t even know what chopped grilled chicken was. Her boss was standing right behind me and still didn’t step in to correct her or address the situation. A week prior, they didn’t have it available at 11 in the morning, which is why I came in first to ask before placing an online order.
When I finally got my sandwich, the bread was messed up, the chicken was rubbery, there was barely any sauce, and they didn’t even put the cheese on that I asked for. This kind of behavior is completely uncalled for. It felt like my food was handled poorly out of frustration, which is unacceptable. The lack of action from the manager was just as disappointing.
I personally won’t be coming back to this location, or at least not if that employee and manager are working.
