  Put an order in for copies in the morning, came in several hours later to pick up and am still waiting 20 min later... This has been my go to for color copies in the past but just patiently waiting while I watch them help everyone else. Sigh.

  The store has been remodeled since the last time I was in there. Well, they are still putting the finishing touches on it. Counter now faces the door which means they face the customer, always a plus! More condensed public area, we'll see how that works out in Jan & Feb when it's gift return time!

  I’m leaving this review solely on my recent interaction with one associate. Usually every associate is kind, helpful and a pleasant. Upon walking in the associate utilizing the front was busy and greeted with friendly welcoming and said someone would be right with me. Unfortunately I got a dismissive attitude, disrespectful tone and the displeasure of having to interacting with Payge. She seemed as if my business was an inconvenience. Working in customer service is not always a nice experience but this was unnecessary and avoidable. Next time if I get this same associate I’ll wait the next one whom seems they have the respect and decency for other people.

  This is my go to for large format printing! The price and print quality are superb! The staff are always so cheerful, professional and helpful. As a small non profit, having this store as a valuable resource is a necessity. As a community member, having these types of employees is vital!! Thank you for all you do!! Well on Wheels Library
