  I want a refund. That bread was old, hard and stale. Its like it was yesterday's left over 🍞 maybe more than that. This is awful. I thought the bread was made fresh daily....apparently not. You guys are not right for that. Either a refund or remade. Can a manger please respond. 05/17/26 9:15 pm

  Very disappointed this is the second time I have placed an order online and have received nothing but bread perse. I ask for extra and they do the exact opposite and put as little as possible. I don't know if they figure because you're not there they can just jerk you to save money but don't order online guys make sure you order in person honestly Ill probably never order there again ...also the bread was obviously old and not fresh at all it was literally crispy rough definitely not fresh. Absolutely Terrible! Two thumbs down!!

  Went to get 6 subs for my family and I was told they couldn't make them because the bread they had was for doordash only thats crazy straight up lazy
