  They need to teach their drivers how to read. I got a notification that they tried to deliver my package but I wasn't available and sent me a picture of some other house. It isn't THAT hard to read numbers and match them up to the address on a house. Come on guys.

  The clerk was very ,authentucally friendly and helpful. I was picking up a live animal fuzz baby and it arrived in excellent shape. the box didn't even have a crinkle in it. it was a quick in and quick out excellent experience.

  Female driver rude & disrespectful. Dropped off a package after we specifically told her that package was never supposed to be delivered to us. We offered to help put the package back on the van and she sent us to hell told us to do whatever the hell we want it with the package and drove off like a bat out of hell. Driver had no regards that there are children in this neighborhood with her reckless driving. I contacted FedEx, which is just another joke because they never do anything. Basically told us to take the package back to one of their FedEx locations. This all could be avoided had you hired a competent driver with customer service etiquette. Because you hire these garbage drivers, this is what the public gets. Someone’s gonna get hurt with these reckless drivers.
