Yall are the absolute worst! Driver forgot one of my packages and was too busy chasing my barn cats on my deck to remember to drop off both packages. Here I am on day two with no updates and no package. Ill never go through you incompetent people again!

You are the worst, do away with tracking and delivery updates because it means nothing and actually have a person available to talk to when you all screw up and lose stuff. You automated services are crap and all you do is charge incredible high rates for delivery and provide nothing in return.

I am deeply disappointed in FedEx. I was supposed to receive my packages on the 15th on the 16th at 5 AM. I received an email stating that they could not deliver my package. I don’t know why I’ve called customer service. They can’t give me any information about this this product is part of my business. I had customers waiting for this.

FedEx is the absolute most inept shipping provider. I work at a company that outsources some of our products. We had an order coming from Wisconsin, which was due to our customer by 4/24/26. The company shipped the products on 4/20. A week is plenty of time to get a package from WI to OH, right? WRONG! First the two boxes were misdelivered on 4/22 after business hours. Then FedEx proceeds to attempt delivery Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, also AFTER business hours! No notice was left so we could ask to pick up the delivery, or even to let us know of attempted delivery. We would have gladly picked up these packages if we had been given the opportunity. But wouldn't you think a delivery driver should attempt delivery to a business during BUSINESS HOURS?? Now FedEx shows 1 of the 2 packages as "Delivered" and the other has been rerouted to Independence, Kentucky!!
I opened a claim over the phone to trace the packages on Friday, 4/24. The only response we got from FedEx were two emails saying "Our research is currently in progress. If you have located your package, please click here. If you have not located your package by (4/27/2026 3:19:00 PM), please contact your shipper and advise of the situation so they can further assist. " So FedEx seems to be throwing this situation back on the shipper, which it is clearly not their problem. I had the shipper also reach out to FedEx. She described her experience with customer service as "like talking to plants".
We have ended up having to reorder the items to be overnighted via UPS, and have lost over $200 on the order. Not to mention, our client is not too happy that their job is going to be a week late.
AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
