  Nedal was fantastic he was the nicest and smartest person I've ever dealt with in a phone store. I've only had good experiences at this location. I highly recommend this location over the other one by the Dayton mall they are rude over there

  Sam has always done an amazing job for me and my family when visiting the Cricket store in Miamisburg. We have purchased several phones and our home Internet from Sam and everything has worked perfectly!

  The people here are so nice they helped get rid of all my viruses and now my phone works great! Came back a week later 02/10/2026 and purchased my new phone from Sam which I have enjoyed a lot. Thanks Nedal and Sam for all the help!
