  New ownership and it shows!! Management is great and the crew seems much happier too! A very different experience from what it used to be. They are happy to take your Amazon returns and don’t act like it’s a burden. Thank you to the new owners for all they are doing!

  Take the UPS 7665 Mentor Challenge!!! Visit this UPS store when Shannon is there. Head to her register. You WILL NOT leave without getting at least one big smile. I am sure as the ground I walk on. Go ahead. I dare you. You won’t be disappointed.

  I was sooooo glad to learn that the former owner is GONE!! It’s a day & night difference! About 16 mo ago, this place was owned by a horrific person with lousy staff. Ever since the new owners/mgmt and their new staff took over, this Store has been absolutely incredible in all aspects every time. Everybody there is incredible, and the employees are so much more helpful & actually *trained* at their work. Always greeted by a friendly face as soon as I walk in. They are very efficient and do all they can to help me/other customers. Absolutely ever since the change in owners & her subpar “team” way back when, these new clerks are consistently polite, genuinely care, and truly go above and beyond when I need help. A+++ Best UPS Store around!
