  I normally don't get upset about little things or even like to complain but something about this is really irritated me. I go to take in return and I forgot to put a little strip of tape on this box that wasn't even big and I asked something to just put a piece of tape on there and they said it would be $2 to put on one piece of tape or I can go by their tape for six bucks. I just think it's ridiculous when these companies constantly try to nickel and dine you for every little thing had it been like a quarter or even 50 cents would have been cool because you know it's not $2.14 for one little strip of tape and it's just so irritating. So sick of all these multi-million dollar companies getting every penny they can out of their customers whatever happened to wanting the customers to be happy and keep using your service? The return was already paid for and everything it's just the principle of it I guess

  Shannon is incredible! I frequently have to ship products via this UPS store for my job, and she makes it so easy. All of the staff are very good at what they do!!! Definitely recommend coming here.
