  I came in on a Saturday and the lady was very kind and helpful and offered to pack my package and ship it. I didn't pay for packaging. I came in the next day and the woman working argued with me about the other lady giving me free packaging saying she didn't do that and they never do. She had terrible customer service skills. I should have gotten her name. But the rest of the staff are good. I come frequently.

  Package sent to UPS store by mistake. Young man tracked it down for me calling ups store etc..very helpful as it was closing time as well.

  The lady at the counter was amazing. My label printed funny and I had a box that didn't have tape on it. I wasn't sure how it's going to fit and she immediately took and said I already got it. I will take care of it. I know what to do. You are all good and gave me the receipt. It was such an amazing and seamless experience I will definitely be back to this location.
