  Put in a pickup order at 6:59PM. Mind you, they are open until 8:30PM. I got an email at 7:01PM that the order was cancelled. No explanation, no nothing. Tried calling and no one picked up. Horrible location. Apparently no one gives a crap there about making food or doing anything at all. Don't go here if you want anything made because they'll just tell you no. Wouldn't go back if they gave me free food.

  Hanna was really fast making our sandwiches and she was really great even considering that her machine broke down one of the best subway experiences. I had things to Hanna

  we went into Subway and there was only one person working there, hanna One of her machines broke down, but she was extremely helpful and she was very kind even though the machine was down I had a great experience and everything looked very clean and she made her sandwiches really fast and it was very kind. She deserves a raise!!

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE! Only customer in there and employees has to rush me and so I can't watch both at the same time and I specifically said multiple times ONLY CHICKEN LETTUCE AND PROVOLONE for my special needs daughter and get home and daughter crying because they put other MULTIPLE other things on it! This was last chance because this is the 3rd time they have been rude and or messed the order up when it's delivered! I recommend do NOT GO HERE! I TRIED TO INCLUDE PICTURES WITH THIS BUT THEY ARE NOT UPLOADING BUT I TOOK PICTURE PROOF THIS IS HORRID way to treat customers

  One night after Ultimate Frisbee 6/1/2011 @ 7:30pm i was on my way to Medina Community Church i stopped by the subway at this location and ordered a Turkey, Bacon Avocado This is interested they gave me Guacamole instead of Avocado on foot long. When i opened up my Sub it did not look tasty at all, did not taste good. that next day i did not feel that good at all. The sad thing is i had to eat it with a Fork and knife. If your in the Area of this subway and looking for some where to get lunch, etc i would Not recommend stopping at this location like i did. I hope Corporate HQ and or the manager at this subway location is reading this review and does something about this and takes action.
