  I would like to with a manager in regards to my experience with the sales rep at this location. When I asked when a manager would be in the associate said he was unsure. I am in the middle of an emergency situation and he completely messed up our plan and shut the wrong phone off. Not only that he charged us fees we shouldn't have had to pay. We had to go to another cricket to fix what he messed up, and reactivate my line!

  Went in and dealt with the DAngelo who I've been dealing with for a couple years now.probably one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with in any retail business and very very very very helpful.
