  The agent appeared very knowledgeable about packing items and conveyed confidence to me that made me feel good about my object arriving without any problems. I usually pack my own packages and this was my first time taking advantage of this service because i wasn’t confident that I could do a good job with this package. My daughter called to thank me for the gift and was extremely impressed by how well it was packed!

  Went in yesterday 03/29/2026- two ladies standing there both on their phones looking down and scrolling. didnt even acknowledge my presense when I walked in. I walked up to the counter and said " excuse me" and they looked at me like I was bothering them. One of them walked over, took the package, scanned it in- no smile, no hello, no acknowledgement whatsoever. This was the most unfriendly UPS store Ive ever been to-

  Rude, spend over 300 dollars and didnt get a refund back. They were so rude and not helpful at all.. never coming back here again... excused me of giving a fake address and which was a lie.. they never updated me on the package situation and the employee was so rude and so disrespectful. I paid so much to do a next day and didnt get my refund.. this place is horrible and worst experience of my life.. they even try to help me..
