  Spent nearly 2 hours trying to place an online order for our office. Kept getting an error message. Called was on hold for 5 minutes, when she did answered the manager then told her they could only take a phone order up to $50(keep on mind this was over a $200 order plus tip) and we could not place the order due to their system error. Not only was this unprofessional but very inconsiderate. Not sure if any of us will return considering we now have no lunch and are working 12 hours. Very disappointing!

  I placed an order yesterday (May 27th) at 6:30 pm. I picked up my order, and took it home about 10-15 minutes away. I had began eating my food, when I discovered this pink in my chicken. I immediately called, in order to get this situation figured out. The lady we spoke with claimed that this often happens when large pieces of chicken get dropped, however this was not a large piece of chicken. The lady said that she would speak with her manager and call back later that night. I never received a call, so I called back today (May 28th). The general manager who I spoke with said that there was no possibility of refund because the order was yesterday. This was frustrating for me because I had made the call regarding the issue yesterday as soon as I noticed the mistake. The only solution I was offered was to get my food remade and check it before I leave. I asked if I could get the food from another location, as I was not comfortable eating at this location anymore. He said no. Additionally, I asked how it is reasonable to check every piece of chicken before I leave the store, and he replied that I was being “smart”.I do not understand how this location functions when the communication among staff, managers, and guests is so poor. Hopefully, they begin to value guest experience here.

  They are very slow and have terrible music playing while you wait. I personally am going to decline any Wingstop doordash orders from now on.

  Sitting here waiting for my order and seen a lady put her hair up right on the food line, not very servesafe approved but okay, don’t even know if I want to eat my food now

  The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and fast !! Añd the food was just as good!! Definitely my new wing spot!!!
