I absolutely love this location! I have all of my packages held there because I live in an apartment and I can never trust things being delivered to my place. It is their policy that the person named on the package has to show ID and sign to pick it up which makes me feel secure to know that someone random can't just show up and pick up my packages. I've had a few times where I've needed the package extended because I was out of town for too long and the Manager Meagan and the team have been happy to extend it to help me out. Toni has also printed a few projects for me and they looked AMAZING! This team is hilarious and so fun and they make things so easy!

I usually have an easy time when i go in person to pick up packages at fedex. I have gone to fedex's across Michigan, ohio and georgia and never have a hard time until yesterday. I have no clue if the manager was on a power trip or something but this was the absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced in a fedex to date.
I came in to pick up some packages for my boyfriend whom gets his work inventory shipped every few weeks. I had all the necessary information needed as far as my identification and the package details, full tracking # etc. which I have used every other time I pick up his packages for him. The staff member who went to the back to get the package, went behind a wall (where i could still see her) to tell the manager. I hear the manager saying she wont give me the package and that he needs to be the one to pick it up . She then comes back to tell me that. I started to tell her that I have gone to several other fedex to get his packages with no issues and she cut me off before i could even get halfway through my sentence and keeps repeating(almost at yelling volume) that the manager says no and that she cant do anything. the manager says no. and just repeats this a few times. I call him immediately to let him know they were not releasing his packages. He calls them as im leaving out the door and they lied to him saying that the reason they couldn't release the package to me was because the manager wasn't there to authorize its release which is VERY interesting considering I was just there less than 3 minutes before he called and the manager was very much there in person. Unless the staff member who was "helping" me was lying... I hope this whole staff gets proper training on customer service and learn proper store practices as I have NEVER encountered this type of behavior from fedex staff. I had time to contact corporate about this so hopefully they will tighten up and act professional moving forward.

Nice convenient location to drop off return items. In and out in 5 minutes.
