  Incredibly helpful. Don’t bother w the mini fed ex’s, go straight to Dussel. Hands down the best FedEx in the Toledo area. I was in and out w confidence y package was in good hands

  I tried having a package redirected to a pickup location, so I called customer service. The AI phone system was one of the most frustrating I've ever dealt with. My package was redirected to the wrong location, and there was no way to correct it through the automated system. No matter what I tried, I couldn't reach a live representative. I then called the location where the package was being sent. The employee I spoke with was rude and offered no help. She transferred me to what she said was a live representative, but I've now been on hold for over 40 minutes while writing this review. The lack of customer service, the impossible-to-navigate phone system, and the inability to speak with an actual person have made this an extremely frustrating experience.
