  Very disappointing customer service experience with UPS. I called to add my apartment number and was fully prepared to pick the package up myself, but the representative assured me it would still be delivered by 9 PM that day. The package never arrived. Their one day service was utilized to make sure it arrived it on time. When I called back, I was told address changes actually take 24 hours to process and there was nothing they could do. I would have picked it up if I had been given accurate information the first time. Poor communication and wasted time.

  I had multiple returns and the assistant with brown and blonde hair scanned the QR code for each one and then asked which code belonged to which product. I said I didn't know and does the system track the QR codes once they're scanned. She said it didn't and that if the wrong sticker went with the wrong product then I wouldn't get any money back for the returned item. She also said they couldn't rescan the QR codes individually because once they had been scanned they could not be scanned again. She offered no option or way to correct the situation. I am absolutely disappointed
