  I come here quite often it's usually in and out the people are pretty quick here never any problems just scanning go or drop it off very easy very quick decent amount of parking majority of the time

  Very disappointing customer service experience with UPS. I called to add my apartment number and was fully prepared to pick the package up myself, but the representative assured me it would still be delivered by 9 PM that day. The package never arrived. Their one day service was utilized to make sure it arrived it on time. When I called back, I was told address changes actually take 24 hours to process and there was nothing they could do. I would have picked it up if I had been given accurate information the first time. Poor communication and wasted time.
