Just recently had a very bad experience the manager that works at the Wingstop very rude very inconsiderate. I was told that I was going to get a refund for my food four weeks later no refund I go there personally they tell me I’ll get a refund within the 24 hours 24 hours later this place has very bad customer service. I recommend anybody that wants quality service quality food. Do not go there.

Ruined my clothes, as soon as I grabbed it for pick up grease got on my shirt and pants and ruin. The wings were so greasy too. Just go anywhere else please

I ordered on 3/3 and waited 20 extra minutes longer than the projection to get my food. The manager in training packed my order and forgot part of the order. I called and they said a refund would process in 3-5 days. After a more than a week, I called again on 3/14 and asked for a refund again. They said corporate would process the refund but we still have not been refunded for the missing order. I have ordered a lot from this place since they have opened. It's always been disorganized and slow, but I won't be going anymore.
