I am very frustrated with my visit to this FedEx office. I had a FedEx package delivered yesterday, but it was not my package. It was someone else’s. I thought I was doing the right thing by bringing this package to the FedEx office so we could get it to the right person. I know I’m upset because I didn’t get my package so I assume this person is also patiently waiting for their package The FedEx office told me they were not able to help me and since I opened the package, they were not even able to keep the package even though it’s not mine and leave and told me to call customer service. My first two attempts of calling customer service was just a recording that was not able to help me. To be continued on whether I find my package…. I’m very upset that they weren’t willing to take care of the other person’s package and my time was wasted
The service is very bad, especially from the employee named Rebecca — she treats people like animals.

This location doesn't know what it's doing. They inconsistently pick and choose when they follow certain policy rules- the same package that I have shipped from this location monthly- all of a sudden it can't ship? use any other Fedex office location, their employees either never follow policies or aren't trained on it
Nice branch, the location is very convenient and there are plenty of available parking as well as stor front 15 minutes parking spots. The only drawback is the slow speed if service due to the little number of personnel on location so plan to arrive earlier and give yourself some waiting margin.
