  Every other subways in town will let you customize you order. I went in to your restaurant and ordered a protein pocket and asked for green peppers and onions. Just wanted green peppers bananas peppers and onions on the order and I was told that was not allowed. I have ordered this sandwich at all of the other subways in my town which there is a total of 5 in my town. This is the only subway in town that is always a problem. No wonder why this one is always slow and not busy maybe this one should have customer service like the other ones in town. I will never use main street subway again. The manager would have been ok with me walking out other the. Taking care of me and completing the sale-

  The poor girl behind the counter was struggling. She had to ask the same questions twice each time. Then when we asked for cookies, she reached in with her bare hands to grab them and set them on the counter which may or may not have been sterilized recently. Realizing what she did, she grabbed a glove, put the first two cookies back in the drawer, and then got us two other ones. There were tiny flies around the drinking fountain and I found these flies in my drink later, thankfully I hadn’t put a lid on my cup and noticed them as I was taking a sip.

  When I've been able to get food it was meh. But how many times do I have to go in there to find no subway workers while they're on a "5 minute break" that never seems to end and walk out with no food. Not convenient or quick

  I was in subway today with my grandchildren the woman that was taking our order seemed to be mad we were there, she clearly did not want to be there and seemed upset because she had customers. She might want to look for something to do that doesn’t involve the public.
