  Brought 2 wooden 2x6 rails for a futon bed to be packaged and shipped and for the $135 I paid they package someone else’s shovel and shipped it. Tried to get help from a manager Collin but he didn’t care asked for the manager, she didn’t bother to call back, and all they say is file a claim that doesn’t cover the $500 I’m out for a now useless bed.

  Line was not too long. Line was moving. Employees were available and helpful right away for me. Always a helpful time there with the UPS employees and services

  There is a young lady that works here that was extremely helpful in the process of getting the stickers and the boxes taped to be returned to the sender. I’m very grateful for their help.

  It says it’s open 7 days a week on the door, the sign in the window says open on Sunday until 3:30pm but I’m here at 2:45pm and it’s closed. Why is it closed when it’s advertised online and on the physical location as being opened? Could this get corrected please?
