  My package has been sitting in the facility since the 19th. It is the 22nd. Yesterday it was scanned at 7 am stating once again- AT FACILITY. Then at 703 am it was scanned again, no delivery attempted scheduled for next business day. So while I was waiting all day yesterday for my late package: IT NEVER LEFT THE FACILITY!!! Supposedly it is getting delivered today. This is a package with medical supplies that I need. And because this isn’t the first time Fed Ex has taken forever, so I put in another order on Monday. Now that delivery has caught up to the other one & I should get two boxes today. Who wants to make bets I have to get a hold of these people & tell them not to put it on a truck Saturday so I can go pick them up. So much for delivery from a big shipping company. Fed Ex Mansfield, Ohio: I AM NOT A FAN

  This is the most incompetent fedex delivery location I've ever seen. Every fedex delivery I've gotten gets to Mansfield from out of state, just to be sent back out of state before it actually gets to me, 30 miles away from Mansfield. Mario better have my package here way before 8pm and it better not end up in Kentucky!

  This facility refuses to and or does not have the appropriate systems to print FedEx labels to ship items. Save your time use UPS.

  I had a refrigerator delivered to my apartment but the driver left it at the complex office door So I called fed ex the person I talked to said this would be corrected and future packages will come to my apt door. That didn't happen I had another package to be delivered today and the driver again didn't come to my apartment door Why don't the drivers do as they are told if it's to be delivered to the customer door then deliver that way NOT the way they want to go it
