  This rating is for printing services. I called and explained I had an urgent print job and needed a printed booklet for a meeting. I spoke with someone on phone and was told it could be done in 1/2 hour. I waited an hour just to make sure it would be ready and not delay meeting start. When I arrived it was not completed and was told another 10 minutes. If you are in a rush, try another location or store. If you can’t do it, just tell the customer rather than set a false expectation. Also, I was charged $15 for a “rush job” that never was.

  I usually have great service here. I did come with 4 Amazon Returns. I had things organized. Ready on App, yet, Young Asian Lady very impatient...seemed to want to get back to the conversation with other 2 Employees. Felt like I was bothering her, didnt say thank you, bye nothing. But then thats the norm everywhere now.

  I had the worst experience with an employee at the store on 22/3 in Maineville. I have never ever been talked to so rudely by anyone. The culture and organizational health of this one employee has completely destroyed any customer service or respect that business has ever had. I will not personally nor professionally ever use that store or UPS again. I will say the on-site manager was extremely kind and tried to diffuse the situation, but you can tell it startled him as to the behavior of one of his own employees.

  I have always had superior service at the UPS Store in Landen. The genuine help and positive attitude is a welcome surprise every time!
