  I’m highly disappointed in my experience. I did an online pickup and my sub wasn’t toasted like I asked which I could tell because the bag was cold when I picked it up. I asked the kid working if he could fix it and he said yes. I assumed he would remake it. Nope, he toasted the whole thing (meat and cheese never got warmed up which I needed toasted for health reasons) and then I get home and half the stuff I asked for wasn’t on my sandwich. I tried to call the restaurant and no one answered. I’m stopping in person tomorrow to get this made right because I’m so irritated. Absolutely unacceptable the way the kid working just clearly didn’t care.

  Went to subway for the second time this week and both m6 sandwiches were very wrong after ordering through the app. Neither had sauce one was toasted that wasnt supposed to be then when I called them they never answered to fix anything.

  It’s a throwback to the old-school way that subway used to look like in the early 90s. Passed that form of nostalgia. It’s a subway you’re gonna get what you’re gonna get.

  Usually get a good fresh sub not this time bread was old outside was crumbing and flaking off with every bite , tomatoes were slimy, lettuce had more brown than green . Every time I go in to this location it is bring your kid to work day . There is always a child sitting in a booth . Employees not friendly at all no greeting act like I am interrupting their day ! Think I will give up and go to jersey mikes from now on

  Didn't even get my food. Placed a online order for seth and when he got there to pick up, the old guy working said I need to wait until he is finished with the line. That is NOT how online ordering is done. If the order comes in between customer, u place the ticket in the line. This is TERRIBLE SERVICE twice by this old guy. Lost our business and will tell family and friends DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
