  Had service done on my Honda Civic, at Performance Kings Honda, a week ago. Their diagnostic test said the battery tested fine. Yesterday my car would not start and fortunately a neighbor had a jumper pack and was able to use that to get it going. I decided to have it tested today at Advanced Auto and the test came back that the battery was bad. Special thanks to Miranda for testing the battery, giving me a couple of replacement options and installing the new one in short order! It's excellent customer service like this that makes me a repeat customer and highly recommend Advanced Auto, especially the Maineville location, to others!

  This is my new auto parts store, and it's all because of the great customer service. I came in twice in two days to get products to start changing my own oil and basic maintenance. I was guided and helped by two workers that took the extra time to make sure I was getting the right things for my car. They weren't trying to upsell me products, but just genuinely helping me. Awesome staff and Vet friendly!
