  Came up to subway @ 830 and the old Spanish lady refused me service saying they have too many online orders they close @ 9. A younger lady said just wait and she will take my order. I waited about 5 mins. She then went off on the young lady and called the police to have me thrown out. Smh stop weaponizing the police for nothing wasting our tax dollars because you don’t want to work. Totally disrespectful to her coworker and to customers. I feel bad for how she treated the young lady for asking me to wait. I’ll be contacting corporate.

  Was using a gift card ($30) to pay for my subs and the employee damaged the magnetic strip. Because she damaged it, it would not swipe. She handed it back and her coworker just shrugged her shoulders and said we can't use it now. Was no help other than damaging my card. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from them again. The store is always dirty anyway. Stinks like sewage. And they don’t follow health regulations.

  When I entered the store, there was a woman in front of me. A lady came and asked her her order. Than another employee came and asked me for my order. I said I wanted the broccoli soup. So the woman in front of me who was getting 2 subs made ALSO said she wanted the broccoli soup. So her lady said to my lady that she gets the soup before me because she was there 1st. Also said that I believe there's enough to serve both of them but her customer gets it before I do. This blew my mind because the lady in front of me was NOT ordering soup! She was ordering sandwiches! But when I said I wanted the soup; she added it to her order and the worker blocked me from getting my soup! I didn't understand this at all!!!!! Seemed petty and ignorant to me!!!!
