Came up to subway @ 830 and the old Spanish lady refused me service saying they have too many online orders they close @ 9. A younger lady said just wait and she will take my order. I waited about 5 mins. She then went off on the young lady and called the police to have me thrown out. Smh stop weaponizing the police for nothing wasting our tax dollars because you don’t want to work. Totally disrespectful to her coworker and to customers. I feel bad for how she treated the young lady for asking me to wait. I’ll be contacting corporate.

Was using a gift card ($30) to pay for my subs and the employee damaged the magnetic strip. Because she damaged it, it would not swipe. She handed it back and her coworker just shrugged her shoulders and said we can't use it now. Was no help other than damaging my card. I will NEVER order ANYTHING from them again. The store is always dirty anyway. Stinks like sewage. And they don’t follow health regulations.

Love this location, have started going often since the start of a new relationship and they're always so friendly even when it's busy, food is always delicious, every experience leaves nothing to be desired. There's an employee who often makes my sandwiches around 6-8pm, I wish I'd gotten her name but she's awesome, and really everyone there is always sweet and lovely.
One of my favorite locations to visit! Always clean and the employees are always so friendly and helpful! It's always a pleasurable experience when I visit this location. I always use the app to order and I never had an issue there; even with my customizing, the foods always comes right, hot if needed and cold if wanted! And the cookies, omg don't even get me started on the cookies! Whoever is responsible for those cookie flavors and the flavors and always a satisfying treat, stay with them! The best! Well, thank you to the staff at the Subway on Oberlin Ave, you're always on point! Thank you for your hard work!

Employee would not acknowledge me at the counter continued to only work online orders after standing in front of her for 15 minutes I just left worst customer service ever!
