I went round and round with a cashier at this store over being charged for tax twice for an item I ordered online. Then growing frustrated, when I asked about getting a refund for the whole order the guy completely refused to take it back. And told me to take it up with my credit card....He refused to take back an item I had just purchased from him 10 minutes beforehand!Luckily PayPal straightened it all out. But if I were you I would not shop at this location,ever!....There is a AutoZone right down the street with much better service....And lest we forget RockAuto......RockAuto puts all of these stores to shame....I can buy an item from RockAuto and pay for shipping and tax and it will still be 40%-50% cheaper than what these places charge for the same exact item.....Don't forget NAPA used to be the main auto parts store all over the country until Advance,AutoZone and O'Reilly's stole all of their business....So RockAuto eating sales away from Advance and the others is just payback. So just skip all of these places altogether and go straight to RockAuto instead.Save you alot of hassle. You reading this "30 year" cashier guy?.....RockAuto is eating your lunch with your own fork and spoon....And I'm feeding them...I just ordered some more stuff from RockAuto tonight so Advance won't get anymore of my money.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

When I say the employees really help and care for their customers, they really do help and care! I went into the store a little shy and embarrassed because I don't know anything about car maintenance and even to the littlest thing, I always feel awkward asking for help. But the employees at Advance Auto Parts on Broadway, specifically an employee named "Seth", he didn't make me feel that way at all. He was so helpful. He came out, took a look at the batter and knew exactly what was wrong, went back inside, came out with his tools, did a little magic and bam, battery was fixed and car was purring again! Seth is an asset to Advance Auto Parts and whenever I have any issues with my Nissan, or need any parts for my it, I'm going to Seth cause I trust him and I know he will take great care of me!!!
