  Recently had a great experience at this store.I had broken down just in front of the store and without asking Jon had come out offering to jump my car. When that didnt work we got the car to the back of the building where Riley and Jeff came out to help figure out how to get me back on the road all while Cassie helped entertain my children so I could focus on getting my car running. All in all it was an amazing experience showing just how exceptional their customer service is.

  It's always a great experience at this Advance Auto parts location. Cassie is very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly! Such a relief to have the stress taken off of finding the right item, greeted as soon as you walk in and immediately taken care of!

  Came in for a serpentine belt. Team member noticed how it was curled up and brittle. Come to find out my idler pulley was locked up and burnt the belr off. Thank God he noticed or I would have made extra trips back to the store! Got everything in one trip! Very pleased!

  I've been here numerous times for parts over the years. This last time, I broke down and was towed to the store. Upon inspection, myself John and Sam (Advance Employees) realized what was initially thought to be a broken serpentine belt turned out to much worse. However, this review is for them. These guys stayed with me for over 2 hours after the store closed helping me out in the parking lot. We changed belts, plugs, checked coils, jump started the battery and the list goes on....I can't thank them enough for their help and humanity that night. Lastly, John was kind enough to give me a ride home once my car wouldn't start after all efforts failed. Thank you John and Sam and for that you have my business moving forward. P.S. they both deserve raised immediately 😁
