  We had an unexpected vehicle issue today while traveling through. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and even let us borrow tools to get things figured out. They didn’t have to go out of their way for us, but they did, and we really appreciated it. Great customer service!

  Had Abe try to assist me but he doesn't know why one part is twice as much as the other when its supposedly the same. Didn't even offer the cheaper part why is that are you commission. I won't go back due to Abe being angry and rude that guy shouldn't be helping customers

  I went to Advanced Auto Parts in Lodi for new headlights, which they had, but the man waiting on me said they would not install them for me. I found that odd since the Advanced Auto Parts store in Wadsworth installs them. I then went down the street to O’Riley’s, and they not only sold me the headlights, but said that it was no problem to install them. I won’t return to Advanced Auto Parts in Lodi after being treated rudely there. It was fairly clear that he just didn’t want to be bothered by installing the lights, but he still wanted me to buy them there and go find someone else to install them. No thanks. Other stores will do both and be very kind about it.
