  I've been here numerous times for parts over the years. This last time, I broke down and was towed to the store. Upon inspection, myself John and Sam (Advance Employees) realized what was initially thought to be a broken serpentine belt turned out to much worse. However, this review is for them. These guys stayed with me for over 2 hours after the store closed helping me out in the parking lot. We changed belts, plugs, checked coils, jump started the battery and the list goes on....I can't thank them enough for their help and humanity that night. Lastly, John was kind enough to give me a ride home once my car wouldn't start after all efforts failed. Thank you John and Sam and for that you have my business moving forward. P.S. they both deserve raised immediately 😁

  We had an unexpected vehicle issue today while traveling through. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and even let us borrow tools to get things figured out. They didn’t have to go out of their way for us, but they did, and we really appreciated it. Great customer service!

  I went to Advanced Auto Parts in Lodi for new headlights, which they had, but the man waiting on me said they would not install them for me. I found that odd since the Advanced Auto Parts store in Wadsworth installs them. I then went down the street to O’Riley’s, and they not only sold me the headlights, but said that it was no problem to install them. I won’t return to Advanced Auto Parts in Lodi after being treated rudely there. It was fairly clear that he just didn’t want to be bothered by installing the lights, but he still wanted me to buy them there and go find someone else to install them. No thanks. Other stores will do both and be very kind about it.
