Placed an online order for a salad and footlong. My husband arrived, let them know the name on the pickup order, and the woman (who claimed she was the owner) stated they received no order. My husband repeated my name again, even gave his name just in case I ordered under his, and she still claimed there was no order. He ended up picking up the pickup order bag that was on the counter, which clearly said my name on it and was like it's literally right here, why are you stating you did not get it (which there was no response to).
Because there was a salad in the order, my husband asked if they had any croutons, as other locations have. The woman stated they do not but we "could leave a review and maybe they'll get some".
My husband then checked the order to ensure it was correct and saw the salad bowl was more than half empty. He questioned the portion size and the woman stated that was correct, then proceeded to state that they are required to make salads with measuring spoons so we got what was allowed. During the entire exchange this woman told my husband more than 4 times to just leave a review.
After getting home, he checked the footlong and it was extremely light on all toppings. Any other Subway we go to has decent portions of all toppings and the salads are made so well that the lids almost cannot be put on the bowl because it is so full. Either this Subway is deliberately being skimpy on portions (and claiming it is the required amount) or every other Subway we have ever been to across multiple states is being over generous.
