Attention FedEx HR! When you hire applicants, you have to do a lot better job! The woman at this location should be fired! Every time you drop anything off. She either isn’t there with a sign up and or is irritated at you for dropping items. It’s a shame there is NO customer service. They just act like they are inconvenienced by customers and don’t want to work.
I had an incredible experience at FedEx, thanks to Neche. She was absolutely amazing, professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly goes above and beyond like she did. She made a complicated process feel easy and stress-free. FedEx is lucky to have her on the team. Thank you, Neche!
The Person is definitely not interested in helping you. Since its our primary location for grocery , I still have to go there as it will save one additional trip. he dont even ask if you want receipt or not plus rudeness is a bonus of that store. The first time I thought it might be a bad day but second time was no less rude. Hope we get new person there as we cannot ignore the location .
