  Attention FedEx HR! When you hire applicants, you have to do a lot better job! The woman at this location should be fired! Every time you drop anything off. She either isn’t there with a sign up and or is irritated at you for dropping items. It’s a shame there is NO customer service. They just act like they are inconvenienced by customers and don’t want to work.

  Jennica was really nice. I was worried coming to this location based on the reviews but she was so kind and courteous. I will be coming back to this location. Please keep Jennica! She’s so nice and respectful!

  Went to this store on 07/05/2022 around 5:05 pm and the male staff there was super rude and racist. I agree with the other reviewer who also felt that he was rushed by the staff. He didn't ask if I wanted a receipt and when I did ask for one at the end, he told me that I should've requested one at the beginning or I'd have to wait for 10 minutes for the system to look it up. It was a RIDICULOUS answer as no customer asks for a receipt at the beginning and he cannot just assume that customers don't want a receipt without asking first. He even turned down a customer after me because the system was busy looking up my transaction. When the next customer came, he phrased his response like I was the bad guy. It just didn't feel right to hold other customers for 10 freaking minutes so I just asked him to forget about it. I will try to avoid this or any other Fedex location in the future.
