  I would like to formally recognize the team at Advance Auto Parts, 753 Columbus Ave, Lebanon, OH, and specifically acknowledge three outstanding employees: Jason F., Mike J., and Kevin Spurlock. During a recent visit to replace brakes on a Ford Explorer, I encountered an unexpected challenge involving the distinction between vented and non-vented rotors. What impressed me most was the caliber of service I received at every stage. Kevin Spurlock demonstrated exceptional product knowledge early in the day by ensuring I had the correct parts from the outset. When I needed to return later for an exchange, Kevin once again stepped up and made the process seamless and efficient. Jason F. and Mike J. exemplified true dedication to customer service by staying past closing time to ensure I left with the correct components. Their willingness to go above and beyond, particularly after hours, reflects the kind of ownership mentality and customer-first mindset that distinguishes great teams.   Kevin replaced a left rear tail light in our 2015 nissan versa this morning. My husband and I tried but we did not have the correct tools needed. He replaced it in the heat and would not accept a tip. He was so nice and helpful.

  They staff is always super helpful. My dad isn't here anymore to help me and I swear it's like having 3-4 dads, lined up asking how they can help! Haha. Highly recommend!

  Went to purchase a new car battery which they clearly did not want to put in - even though they were not busy. The man told me “we dont have the tools we need for that” - as if I’m an idiot. Ironically, their competitor 3 doors down had a socket set and got me taken care of in about 15 minutes. Will not be returning, but highly recommend the auto zone 3 doors down. 👍🏻
