  This is one of those places no one wants to go into, but it is a necessity. The friendly and very helpful staff have always got me what i needed quickly and efficiently truely making it a better experience.

  This is not necessarily about the Lancaster store and I am sure they’re lovely people. However UPS delivered this damaged box to my door today where all of the items inside were damaged and opened. There was also an item not included in here which I have to assume was stolen. I was at home when it was dropped off so it had to have been tampered with before delivery. I’m very disappointed that this would happen. I’ve already contacted Sephora to get my items replaced, but I really wish UPS would’ve done more to keep this from happening. Again, this isn’t the Lancaster locations fault but the customer service feature wasn’t working on the UPS website.
