Came in with my phone acting up. Jennifer was able to help me get it updated and fixed some settings. We are starting to see if that fixed everything and if not she gave me all great advice about the warranty and progressive to get myself a much better device. Due to that, I'm staying a cricket customer. Girl really knows her stuff!
