Spoke with Jeff about a leaf spring shackle, drove all the way from Columbus to get the part u had in stock that he said he pulled. I walked up he said we have a problem I was going to call you but I had to order it from a Columbus store and it will be here in 4 hours I didn’t have time to call you. That’s great but I just drove from Columbus to pick the part up. Me being in sales customers come before my sales quota. He’s getting a two star because it really wasn’t his fault but he could’ve been more proactive and let me know so I didn’t waste our time. Now to head all the way back to Columbus

Ordered an item online the night before, went in the following morning and had to wait 30 minutes before someone finally grabbed it

Jeff was soooo sooo helpful for me and my girl brain! Helped me get everything I needed to take the paneling off my hatch to change out the tail gate actuator motor! Thank you!

Always helpful and friendly. They take the time when I’m looking for an unusual part as well as the daily driver stuff. Always recommend them over the others in town. Even shops I stop at while traveling nationwide are all the same.
