    Upon arriving there were three staff members working. Not one of them greeted me, yet all look at me and said nothing. After two other people walked in one member finally said “I’ll be right with you.” Then proceeded to stock new veggies on top of old frozen mushy veggies. I don’t eat pork so if you order the protein wraps and want no pork, you can’t get extra. Which is insane to me that you NORMALLY get four slices of turkey And four of ham. I was never told UNTIL today that I could only take away not switch. Poor service.

    I ordered double meat on two footlongs and they charge me $6. On both of them, all they gave me was one small layer of each meat that comes on it and that was it, it wasn't even the normal amount, let alone extra or double. Don't ever order online because they give significantly less and make it super inconvenient so that you have to come back to have it remade. Because there's no way I'm not coming back to have it remade after paying six extra dollars for not even a normal serving. I will never come back to this location after this.

    Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at this subway was tonight on 314 of 2025. I ordered online it said roughly 20 minutes so I waited 20 minutes it said my sub was ready I stopped up there to get the employee was so rude I told them I was there to pick up my order and was told I had to wait they were working on 2 other subs so I figured okay there busy that’s fine. Then after I get my sub and get home I was mad. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. With extra onions and extra sauce. First of all there’s barely any onions on it then I marked to not have it toasted because they always burn the bread well I got home and the meat was cold they never even warmed the meat up at all the cheese wasn’t melted mine you I live 1 minute drive from the store, so in 1 minute there should of been no reason for the meat to be stone cold. I literally had to microwave it for 2 minutes to melt the cheese and warm the chicken up.

    I had a very bad experience at this Subway. I ordered a Subway Club. As they were making my sandwich they realized that they were out of roast beef. I said that's ok, you can substitute salami. They said no. That if I wanted salami They will charge extra. That is outrageous! They young lady working there was VERY rude and disrespectful. I spoke to a manager on the phone who was also VERY rude. When I asker her name, she told me it was none of my business.
