  You guys are aware you're supposed to heat up the meat before you serve it to people, right? How are the meatballs also by default freezing cold? Yikes

  I’m so sad. The girl working was so nice. But I ordered two footlongs, each a different type of bread. The bread is so hard :(. I don’t want to drive up there because I live 20 mins away

  Upon arriving there were three staff members working. Not one of them greeted me, yet all look at me and said nothing. After two other people walked in one member finally said “I’ll be right with you.” Then proceeded to stock new veggies on top of old frozen mushy veggies. I don’t eat pork so if you order the protein wraps and want no pork, you can’t get extra. Which is insane to me that you NORMALLY get four slices of turkey And four of ham. I was never told UNTIL today that I could only take away not switch. Poor service.

  I ordered double meat on two footlongs and they charge me $6. On both of them, all they gave me was one small layer of each meat that comes on it and that was it, it wasn't even the normal amount, let alone extra or double. Don't ever order online because they give significantly less and make it super inconvenient so that you have to come back to have it remade. Because there's no way I'm not coming back to have it remade after paying six extra dollars for not even a normal serving. I will never come back to this location after this.
