  I had to start ordering from the location on Detroit. If you order from this location as pickup, check your order. It WILL be missing items 4 out of 5 times.

  I go here at least once a week when I'm too tired to cook for myself. Unfortunately the quality / portions of the food have gone downhill in the last couple months... If you ask for spinach, they'll literally put 4 leaves on your sandwich. Staff is always on their phone while making sandwiches which doesn't bother me at much at it does them neglecting to acknowledge customers who are waiting.

  I went here twice. Both times same indian girl. She had a attitude the first time because i asked for the right chicken on my sandwich. Refused to make more of the right chicken. Second time i do a online order. Not a ounce of ranch after ordering extra ranch. I come back because this is supposed to be my dinner after working. I ask for a refund because theres no ranch. She continues to open it and dissect the whole sandwich to find ranch. I already looked there was none. She refunds me and tells me to never come back to get food when she was in the wrong. Will be calling corporate and every day until i get her name:)

  The same subway that I can order at another location will taste better than here. Also the costumer service could be better.
