  The food is good but the service is not. I've been here about 3-4 times but my most recent visit solidified why I won't be back. I placed an online order and was quoted 15 minutes. Cool. I got there on time and was told that it was being bagged up. I had to ask the worker to give me the cups so I could get my drinks together while waiting. She looked at me like I was crazy. Whatever, I shrugged it off. Almost 10 minutes later she says it's coming up.... As if she didn't just say it was actively being bagged. Okay. So ANOTHER 10 minutes go by and it's just now being bagged and handed to me. I checked my food and sure enough, she forgot one of my fries. I informed her of this and of course she gives me this stupid look again then proceeds to go grab it. Everyone here acts clueless like it's their first day on the job and they have no sense of urgency. With better employees, it would be a great place to get food on a late night but until then, I won't be back.

  FIRSTLY THE LADY ON THE REGISTER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ASKED ABOUT THE MEAL DEAL AND INSTEAD OF HELPING SHE JUST POINTED AT THE BOARD. THEN I ASKED FOR AN EXTRA RANCH AND SHE JUST POINTED AT TGE BAG… SO NOW IM JUST CONFUSED LIKE SHE HAD A PROBLEM WITH ME. AFTER SHE RANG ME IN FOR MORE RANCH I SAID THANK YOU ALTHOUGH HER SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE JUST IGNORED ME SO I SAID THANK YOU AGAIN AND SHE WALKED AWAY. 😭 I DONT KNOW IF SHE HATE HER JOB OR SHE WAS RACIST IT WAS A THIN LIKE BETWEEN THE TWO. ALSO THE SWEET TEA TASTE LIKE SYRUP. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO THE WINGSTOP IN CENTERVILLE PLEASEEEEEE DONT WASTE YOUR ENERGY ON THESE FOLKS IN KETTERING.

  My first time ordering Wingstop, and I will absolutely be back! I went into the store to check out the full menu and decided to order the 3 tender combo tossed in Mild sauce with regular fries. The packaging was fantastic for preserving the heat of the tenders while also keeping the fries from getting soggy. The amount of food for $10 was a heck of a deal! I always see Wingstop commercials, and I am glad I tried their food as they have found a repeat customer!
